The journey from Victoria Falls to the Okavango Delta encompasses a spectacular range of African landscapes and experiences. Victoria Falls, located on the border between Zimbabwe and Zambia, is one of the world's largest and most famous waterfalls, known for its powerful cascades and the surrounding lush rainforest. Travelling southwest, you'll traverse through parts of Botswana, including the arid expanses of the Kalahari Desert and the wildlife-rich Chobe National Park.
Day 1
Victoria Falls
Transporting clients from Victoria Falls Airport to Shoestrings Backpackers Lodge is a brief yet engaging journey, taking about 20 minutes. Guests are greeted and assisted with their luggage at the airport, which serves as a gateway to the stunning Victoria Falls. During the drive, they can enjoy glimpses of local scenery and may even sense the distant mist and roar of the falls. Shoestrings Backpackers Lodge is a popular, budget-friendly accommodation known for its lively atmosphere, colorful decor, and close proximity to the Victoria falls.

​End the day with a cruise in the Zambezi river. A sunset cruise on the Zambezi River offers a tranquil and enchanting experience. As the boat glides through calm waters, guests can enjoy stunning views of the sunset over the river. The serene journey provides opportunities to spot wildlife along the banks, including hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species. The cruise is a perfect way to unwind, with every ripple in the water telling a story of hidden wonders and serene encounters


Day 2
Victoria Falls
After breakfast, you go on a guided tour of Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. This walking safari takes you through the magnificent rainforest where you can view the Cataracts, Livingstone's statue and a wide variety of birds and plants. Optional activities are available for the rest of the afternoon such as a helicopter flight or zip line. At 7 pm, we will take you to the Boma Restaurant, the best place for eating with lots of entertainment.

Day 3
Chobe National Park
You will be transferred by road to Chobe National Park, located about 100km west of Victoria Falls. It is home to the largest concentration of elephants in Africa. Accommodation is at Kwalape Safari Lodge Camp for the next 2 nights. Game viewing activities, breakfast and dinner are included.

Day 4
Chobe National Park
Enjoy an early morning game drive in Chobe National Park from 6 am to 9:45 am. Tea and coffee are served before the game drive or during the game drive. After the game drive at around 9:30 to 10 am, you will have a full breakfast. It is the best time to see the big cats like lions, leopards and cheetahs. Later in the afternoon, you will go for the Chobe sunset cruise. The trip usually starts at 3 pm. It's one of the best experiences to watch the game from the boat where you can get closer to hippos and crocodiles.

Day 5
Elephant Sands
Elephant Sands is a bush lodge and campsite in the northeastern part of Botswana and an approximate 250km drive from Chobe or Kasane. Enjoy viewing the elephants at a natural waterhole right in front of the lodge. Watch these impressive creatures whilst they drink only a couple of meters away from you, a unique experience! Breakfast and dinner are included.

Day 6
Maun Okavango Delta
You will be transferred by road through Nata to the heart of the Okavango Delta. The delta is a unique wetland system of rivers, crystal clear channels, islands and lagoons that creates a haven for innumerable bird and wildlife species. Spend 1 night at the Audi Camp before the Okavango experience the next day. In the afternoon, you have enough time to do optional activities such as a scenic view over the delta. Enjoy lunch at Planet Baobab and dinner at Audi Camp.

Day 7
Maun Okavango Delta
You will start your 2-nights and 3-day Okavango Delta experience with mokoros and game walks. Your camping experience here is fully inclusive of Breakfasts and Dinners, camping equipment, guide, cook, tent, and all transfers. You will be accompanied by our professional guides.

Day 8
Maun Okavango Delta
Experience the delta with the local guides. Learn about the cultures, the way of life and all the stories of the area. You will have breakfast and do a game walk in the delta to watch elephants, zebras, giraffes and other antelopes. You will exit the delta with the mokoro, experiencing it for the last time. You arrive at the campsite in the afternoon.

Day 9
Maun Airport
After breakfast, depending on the time of departure of your flight, you will be transferred to the airport.
