Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Kitapana Tours and Safaris. By making a booking, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.
Bookings: All reservations are confirmed only once full payment (or agreed deposit) has been received and a confirmation email sent.
Service Provision: The Company acts as agent for third-party suppliers where applicable; liability for supplier services is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Client Conduct: Clients must comply with all applicable laws and behave respectfully toward guides, staff, and local communities during all activities.
Liability: The Company shall not be liable for loss, damage, or injury outside its control, including weather, force majeure events, or transport delays.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal information.
Information Use: Personal data collected through bookings and communications will be used only for trip planning, confirmations, and necessary communications.
Confidentiality: We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and will not share it with third parties for marketing without consent.
Legal Compliance: We process data in compliance with applicable Zimbabwean privacy norms and will safeguard information appropriately against unauthorized access.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 3-7 days of the scheduled date will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 0-2 days of the scheduled date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made outside of the 7-day window will not incur any fees.
Supplier Policies: Some third-party partners may have stricter cancellation terms; these will be communicated at the time of booking.
